Everyone here was super friendly. I had an eye exam, got fitted for contacts and got new glasses and lens. The staff helped me pick out the most unique glasses. I would definitely recommend this place. I was in and out in a timely manner and didn't have to wait for my appointment. Amazing!

Dr. Kat took the time and patiently found a solution for my needs: I wear mostly contact lenses and only when I need a little boost I add on top prescription glasses. Her office staff is super friendly and offers a wide range of beautiful glasses frames.

Loved this office. It’s bright and clean. The staff was so friendly to me from the moment I walked in. This was my first exam in 15+ years - so all the new technology made the appointment so easy and quick. Loved the selection of frames. Will happily recommend and be back. Thanks y’all!

I have used Dr Tran for 15 years or so, honestly its been so long I cant even remember when I first became a patient. What I do remember is that prior to her getting her own practice I followed her to each eye clinic she was a part of no matter what area it was located in. That for me that says a lot because I'm a die hard Inner Looper and never leave...that comfort zone, unless I have to. LOL What I have always liked best was the one on one time that she spends with her patients to really understand their needs and concerns. Not once have I ever felt like "The 11am Customer" or "The Last Customer of the Day". Being a lifelong contact lens wearer I personally have never experienced such a good bedside manner with any optometrist than Dr Tran displays. She always has the newest and most modern equipment and a warm and inviting office setting. Shes in The Heights so its a great central location even if ya work downtown its 8 minute drive with plenty of safe parking right in front. Making an appointment is always a breeze and she has great ours to serve her clients. Now, if I was to offer one suggestion on making the appointment ask what day her English Bulldog will be in house...such an amazing and friendly doggo!

Dr. Kat and her staff provided exceptional eye care, including specialized treatment for my dry eyes. I had always been a chronic sufferer, but it has worsened since the pandemic. Dr. Kat's expertise in diagnosing and treating me was highly regarded with her personalized treatment plan. The staff made me comfortable and took the time to answer my (many, many) questions. Also, thanks to Yas for explaining the different lens options and helping me a pick a pair of glasses that suited my needs.

Last year our family made several trips to see Dr. Kat - my kids had pink eye, I had a stye, I needed to get fitted for contacts, and I got new glasses. Every trip to the eye doc was great. Dr. Kat is really good with both adults and children which is a huge bonus because it made the trip to the doc for my 5 year old actually pleasant! The office is nice and clean and the office staff is friendly and knowledgeable. I have never had to wait more than 5 min past my appointment time either. 5 stars.
